  • Probate Judge Whitfield County, Georgia, January 2009 to present: Jurisdiction includes decedents (those who have passed away) estates, incapacitated adults and minors, minor settlements, weapons carry licenses, marriage licenses, traffic citations, and DNR (Department of Natural Resources) citations in the unincorporated areas of Whitfield County.
