Every legal conservative must start with the proposition that the United States and Georgia Constitutions must be interpreted as intended by the framers.  Judges must apply the law as it is written, not as the judge would like it to be.

Every person that comes before the court must get a fair hearing.  Each person should receive full credit for the things they do right, and bear responsibility for the things they do wrong.
